    Generelt

    A: Our normmaly opening hours are from 06:00 – 22:00 Local, the whole year, but on request we will opening the airport, also durring weekend. It will cost a small fee.

    A: 24/7/360. Customs are there when we need them.

     A: Yes you must have a PPR. Normally we preferre 24H leadtime (for weekend we must have the request Friday befor 13:00 local

    A: Yes overnight parking is available. The aircraft will park on the apron

    A: We have JET A-1 and AVGASS 100 LL. The airport is the supplyer

    A: It is a very small airport with only one terminal. If we have some “speciael” guste we have several possibilities to get the in and out of the airport, but normally VIP goes thrue the the terminal. (we don´t have that many aircraft at the same time)

    A: Catering is available. We can offer sandwiches of different types and sliced fruit and softdrinks. It MUST BE ORDERED AT LEAST 24H IN ADVANCE.

    A: If you would like to use a 4-5 star hotel you must go to city of Kolding. It will take aprox 30 min by car. There are 2 hotels.

    Arrival Procedures

    A: Depending on how many pax we are talking about. If it is up to 10 pax they can board the aircraft when arriving if the aircraft is ready for boarding. Normally for VIP they go directly to the aircraft.

    A: In our terminal – separate area.

    A: The aircraft will be parked at the apron and the pax will do directy to terminal.

    A: They will Walk. There are from 20-50 meters

    A: Yes and bring it to terminal or taxi/limo.

    A: We need to know citizenship on pax. We contact customs and they take over if pax is not from inside Shengen/Europe. No customcard needed.

    A: If no custom is needed and only handluggage 2 min, with luggage 5 min and if the need for customs only the time customs need.

    A: If crew are from europe they will finish all at the a/c. If not customs will go to the a/c. (it is a very small airport so everything goes very easy)

    A: We follow all the international rules for security. For business jet normally no scanning

    A: They will walk 20-50 meeters.

    A: For business jet normally 2-3 min.

    A: 5 min.

    A: Not at the moment (Normal customs rules apply to the import and exports of goods, money and plants).
